With your support, Friends of Puerto Rico has developed programs like SEEDS, ESCALERA, and PIONERAS (Youth to STEM Careers) — initiatives that provide tools, guidance, and access to resources for young entrepreneurs, small business owners, and emerging leaders across the island.

Friends of Puerto Rico is an approved non-profit, tax-exempt charitable organization EIN 81-1143995 under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue (IRS). This allows donors to verify their status and claim tax deductions for contributions, as applicable under U.S. law. In addition to the opportunity to take the deduction, the charitable contributions made to FoPR qualify as eligible donations for purposes of Act 22-2012 and Act 60-2019, as required by certain tax exemption decrees.
