10 Years of Planting the Future
A decade ago, we began a journey with a clear vision: to unlock Puerto Rico's potential through education, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
What started as a small group of allies is now a powerful network of impact that has reached over 100,000 people across the island.
1. We created programs like SEEDS, ESCALERA, and PIONERAS, providing young people with the tools to build a generation of entrepreneurial leaders.

What We’ve Achieved Together
A decade of collaboration, opportunity, and community-led change has helped us build a stronger future for Puerto Rico.
2. We Help Puerto Rican Businesses Grow
We support individuals looking to start or expand their businesses—especially women and rural communities. We provide practical tools, access to capital, and spaces like the Aguadilla Business Center and the Metro Women’s Business Center to help them thrive.
3. We Create Projects That Drive Real Impact
Café Ama Love and Panorama Farm are not just a brand or a farm—they’re examples of how economic development can go hand in hand with environmental stewardship and social transformation.
4. We Connect Puerto Rico to the World
From classrooms in Las Marías to the United Nations in New York, we’ve opened doors for Puerto Rican talent to be seen, heard, and valued on a global stage.
Our Impact
Looking Ahead
This anniversary is not a final destination—it’s the beginning of a new chapter. We will continue:
- Bridging the digital divide
- Expanding our educational programs
- Fostering inclusive entrepreneurship
- Building partnerships that multiply impact
