Job Overview

Title: Marketing & Event Coordinator (Intern/Trainee).

Job Type: Hybrid

Location: Aguadilla, Puerto Rico and/or Bayamon, Puerto Rico

Main Responsibilities

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition.

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities, create and curate engaging content. (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).

  • Prepare promotional presentations.

  • Help distribute marketing materials.

  • Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM).

  • Help organize marketing events.

  • Schedule, coordinate and attend various events.

  • Perform research and market analysis activities.

  • Communicate and build relationships with current or prospective clients.

  • Create and distribute press releases.

  • Build and update media lists and databases.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Efficiency at MS Office

  • Possess a creative mindset.

  • Attentive to detail.

  • Enjoy working within a small, dynamic entrepreneurial environment.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Prior experience with social media and marketing preferred.

  • Volunteer experience is a plus.

  • Interest or experience in non-profit organizations, philanthropy, and the social impact sector.
