About Friends of Puerto Rico: is a non-profit 501(C)(3) that supports the economic development of the people of Puerto Rico through entrepreneurial initiatives, education, and creating opportunities for women and girls. Since 2015, we have mobilized a passionate community of over 30,000 global entrepreneurs, donors and partner organizations focused on driving economic success and innovation to cultivate the next generation of leaders. Through a combination of training, education and mentorship initiatives that utilize the beautiful culture, art and people of Puerto Rico, our goal is to end financial hardship and provide economic opportunities and self-sufficiency for people on the island, in Washington, DC and around the United States.

Help us get our spaces flowing and cultivate the next generation of leaders through a combination of workshops, education, and mentoring initiatives to increase economic opportunities for communities in Puerto Rico.
Exchange one day of the week for a collaborative space in the beautiful town of Aguadilla and get energized with our Café Ama. You will have unlimited access to our entrepreneurship and development workshops.
As a Community Animator, you would help us with important tasks.
Tasks:
Greeting visitors and assisting them
Be radically hospitable and provide excellent customer service
Receive and ensure that messages and emails are delivered to our staff members
Manage meeting rooms availability
Supervise the proper functioning of our services and equipment
Record expenses and activities
Aid during events
Commitment: Approach tasks and projects with sincerity, care, fun, and goodwill. Exchange 8 hours one day a week for a term of 4 months.
Benefit: Internet and unlimited access to our co-working facilities and private office(s) (based on availability). The opportunity to innovate in the community.
